Superintendent
The superintendent is responsible for all components of the school program; staffing, transportation, budgeting, reporting, evaluation of programs, facilities and food service.
In a small, rural school district the superintendent is generally the contact person for all areas however, directors in specific areas answer specific questions about operations; for example, the cafeteria manager prepares menus and handles the specific food operation. |

Human Resources
Our payroll clerk deals with all aspects of our employee compensation program. She maintains employee applications (both certified and classified), works with the benefits program and prepares bi-weekly pay rolls. |

Treasurer/Finance
The treasurer handles all cash in and cash out transactions in the school district. The treasurer works with the superintendent and the school board in developing the five year forecast, financial reports, fiscal analysis and budget projections. |

Technology
The Technology Coordinator troubleshoots where tech problems exist and maintains the district’s technology inventory.

|
Transportation
In our 84 square mile school district, our bus drivers and mechanics support a 15 bus fleet which transports over 80% of our student body each day. |
|
Facilities Management
Our maintenance staff handles all aspects of the building and grounds. They are responsible for all systems and operations of our new Pre-K-12 building.
|
|
Food Service
Our kitchen staff prepares nutritious meals for our K-12 student population. The cafeteria manager works with the Ohio Department of Education in providing meals that meet state guidelines in nutrition. |
